The Waterfront Park near Madeira Beach

This is a park that works really good for walkers, sightseeing, nature, and boaters. You are on your way to the best of Pinellas County Boating. We love to launch from here for fishing outings, to buzz along the beach, or to hit the myriad of boater friendly restaurants and beach bars. Really sweet for a kayak paddle.

Good Local Park for BBQ and Kayaking
This public park is huge, you can walk all sorts of trails. Bring some bug spray, but you may not need it since bugs are highly seasonal. Has lots of shade for long walks without as much sun exposure. It is about one or two miles from the bridge taking you over to fabulous Madeira Beach.
