If you time it right you can catch and see Tarpon. These beautiful fish can be found cruising up the coast of Captiva and Sanibel Islands. It is an awesome sight to see large schools of Tarpon rolling on the surface. Part of the traditions of Sanibel are catching the silver king.

Saving Money on the Watersports
This area is always open with extra boat trailer parking because it is ridiculous in cost. The city has always charged by the hour and it is way too pricey.

Plan a Day Long Voyage to Captiva
You can circle the entire Island chain and even make it up and around North Captiva Island. It all depends on the weather.
