Our stay was just awesome and could not have been better. The area around the Pelican Cove Resort is just perfect for kayak trips, mornings, day trips, or before sunset. Paddle right through the Whale Harbor Channel to see nature like no place other.
Keep the smiles on all day long! We like both the Coconut Cove and Pelican Cove Resorts, each has been better than we expected. Every summer this is our island. Once in a while we stay in Key West too, but the upper keys is very easy to get to from Kendall (South Miami). Have the best days out on the water, sailing is fun, snorkeling is mysterious, and happy hours are prime!
Price level is good for the Florida Keys I liked that you get all the options to play. Some of the hotels on the island are more like being in just a room. This is a resort, a little more pricey and all the fun makes it worth it. Just our thoughts, five nighters!
