The park makes it easy for those that are not up for hard core hiking adventure. This is a fun and relaxing way to see and touch so much Florida Keys island life. For a few hours, you are an eco-tourist and get to experience nature in the quiet way that was once reserved only naturalists. All ages will enjoy.

A Super Local Fishing Hole This is a sweet area for fishing, plus a visit to the park. I assume you have a boat, we do. Fishing is so good because of the amount of bait in the water, the little ones like being in the grass around the island. Just do shallow water bottom fishing. Deeper you can bring in great numbers. Yes, catches of keeper red and black grouper, plus look for the mutton snappers.
