The great taste of a Tuna Steak Sandwich Can I rave a bit over the Island Grill! Yes, my pick here is the Tuna Steak Sandwich which is done first class. The recipe includes ahi tuna grilled nicely and served on a hot roll with mango teriyaki, lettuce, tomato, red onion & a pickle. So yummy.
