Tampa's Best Entertainment typically happens on the waterfront down Bayshore Boulevard. They always close off the streets for the entire day for this major party. You will need to get here early and pay close attention to the invasion schedule. You can also see a children's parade, that is excellent too. Be prepared and do a bit of party planning to make the event easy on you.

This is a Topless Tampa Event
I was impressed with the party and the vibe. Not really a good event for those with smaller children. It is a bit rowdy and you will see a lot of nudity and topless women.
