We Like the Old Town Hotels
To summarize, I could not say anything except positive things about staying at the Curry Mansion Inn. This property and building are a true piece of art, do learn everything you can about its great history. Renting an electric car, scooter, or bicycles is a very good idea. This town is so family oriented (there are a few wild spots to not take children), we enjoy exploring it all. There are 3 or 4 nice beach areas in Key West, and Taylor Park was the very best of those. In addition, kids will love the party boat fishing trip called Tortuga. The local restaurants will even cook the fish you catch. Yes, grilled, baked, blackened, all at a big discount since it is your fish.
