Get with the program and improve the stadium!
Very fun, and all we need to do is get a stadium like they have in Miami. Retractable roofs are the way to go in Florida and probably everywhere else in the United States.

This downtown is great for browsing and sightseeing
Everything has improved and we all like the options for the restaurants and bars. There are a bunch of cheap places to eat or you can go a little bit more primetime, say for date night. The movie theater is handy to have when it's a rainy situation and you're looking for something to do.
