Ideas for the Weekend Sarasota!
Some of my top picks in Sarasota are mostly on the waterfront. You will want to checkout Casey Key, Lido Beach, Longboat Key, Venice, Manasota Key, Siesta Beach, and St. Armands Key. All are really good day trips with plenty of seafood and walking areas.

Do checkout Turtles for great times, a family friendly fun spot by the beach. Find it at 8875 Midnight Pass Road, 941.346.2207. This part of the island is just the best.

Our favorite beaches are Siesta and Lido
The first time we arrived in the area we drove that whole beach route all the way from Bradenton to Sarasota. It is just a spectacular scene with all kinds of beautiful resorts and golf courses, with a long bicycle pathway for riding from end to end. Make sure you stop at Lido Beach or Siesta for our great time down by the water.
