The perfect city for bicycle riding
A town like this is perfect for bicycle riding. Everything is so scenic as you cruise around on the sidewalk system. A fat tire beach bike might be just a little bit better and then you can cruise down the shoreline on the hard packed sand. You would not believe what a great workout that is if you can ride your bicycle on the beach sand.

Look around, the investments can only go up in the longer term. Progressive Northwest, Roosevelt Estates, and Bear Lake Country Club to name just a few. Everyone wants to live here, that will never change.
