Disney does a lot of trickery on the rides
They do a good build up when you're getting ready to go to the haunted mansion. It does gets you a spooky mood. The Disney Team does a good job with that, making it seem like you're going faster than you are.

The Scary Rides to Skip at Disney
This is the big attraction in Liberty Square and so spooky fun. Make yourself get scared at this home of haunts. You will need to fastpass this one, unless you stay through an Orlando rain storm and the park clears out clean. Always cool is the ride and the hitchhiking ghosts. The building is an attraction to see all by itself.

We really like the way Liberty Square honors the american heritage with the Hall of Presidents. The most popular ride in the zone is the Haunted Mansion, which is extremely scary! Really, it is not that bad and a very fun adventure for all ages.
