Why everybody loves a small waterfront town
Leave the rat race behind in Tampa, and hit the waterfront. We like to experience the little downtown charm, plus the friendliness and slower pace. Happy hours call the crowds to the bars, one of the best reasons to visit!

Love the Small Town Life
It is really nice and so peaceful. Best on the weekends when things are jumping here in the city center. Weekdays are kind of on the slow side and most will want to visit and stay longer on a Saturday or Sunday. Those are the happening days around downtown.
