CAPTIVA PUBLIC BEACH

You Can Explore for Miles

Do not miss the splendid Captiva beach shoreline and the legendary shelling opportunities. You can find some really neat shells and shark teeth. Parking is the only issue here, which the city officials need to fix.

We love the area as a vacation spot so much
Casa Ybel Resort presides over more than 20 lush acres of spectacular beachfront property. We picked between the South Seas and it. This charming resort features architecture reminiscent of the original House of Isabel resort, providing an ideal spot for rejuvenation. We love the bar food by the pool.

Cast a line for Sea Treasures!
People love to fish on the shoreline down here, or up here from Sanibel. We saw them doing well and tried it too. Very easy, it took us about an hour to reel in three sea trout, two keepers.
