January 2012

January's Spotlight:

Downtown Dunedin Mainstreet

Dunedin features a great downtown, dinning, bars, and a scenic waterfront.

It overlooks the beautiful waters and islands to its west.

Veterans Riverside Park
Gulf Shore Blvd. Beach
Ponce Inlet
Castillo de San Marcos

So much nature, yet very close to the entertainment district.

Sometimes the best beach spots are only known by locals.

We were very surprise to find hundreds fishing off the jetty pier.

Historical places like this are so interesting to explore.

Maynard Park
Seaside Park
Kennedy Park
Smyrna Dunes Beach

Certainly a very cool place to hang by the shoreline.

Set along an exclusive area of Fernandina Beach.

The boats zoom by as you play in the park.

You must know that surfing here is the rage.

Every Saturday Sarasota has a huge Farmers Market

We are trying to pass the word on the Sarasota Farmers Market. Yes, this is every Saturday from 7am to 1pm in Downtown Sarasota, at Lemon and Main Street. Entertainment comes in variety and so does the goodies: pasta, plants, flowers, snacks, crafts, organic products, and lots of specialty items. It is so much better than going to the local Publix! Our website url link is attached, if you could please post it with our comment. Thanks a lot.
